Oh Gosh! I 've just come to know that the much loved cryptocurrency called as "Bitcoin" has dramatically been plunged to below $8000. Man! it is so disappointing to see this beautiful crypto falling down extraordinarily.
Until the end of 2017, little did I know about the term "cryptocurrency", when one of my friend incidentally shared his views on cryptos and informed me about the spectacular elevation in Bitcoin/USD value. I was shocked to know that bitcoin had managed to reach the stupendous heights in values against US dollars, $20,000 to be precise.
Amazing was this news, as amazing was the plan that I had soon developed in my mind, that yes I would be kicking off in the crypto world. That was the time, I had planned to learn more about cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, litecoin, and so on, when ultimately I got to know about Steem as well. I had joined steemit, with the motive to write great quality content and to have my work published and promoted appropriately.
Eventually, it was few days ago, that I started hearing about the diminution of some of the cryptos, bitcoin being one of them. And now today, I've watched the news that Bitcoin has crashed to the value even below $8000. Some experts are of the view that Bitcoin might see a further downfall in value in coming few days.
More importantly, the regret of losing the opportunity to earn as much as I could, in the blessing era of Dec 2017, is still there. But yes, we shouldn't be demotivated and dejected, as a slight hope is still there, as BitMex CEO Arthur Hayes has today predicted that despite the dramatic degradation of Bitcoin value, it still does have the prospect of getting to the peak once again in near future.
Adding to that, he concluded the statement by predicting the Bitcoin price to reach the elevated levels of $50000 by the end of this year. Yes, $50000! Now, we have to wait and watch where the wind blows?
