We are constantly manifefsting our reality with the words phrases and actions we choose to use. The words we use are powerful and literally bring thoughts to life. I love this excerpt from the 'Language of the fifth dimension' which gives us alternative ways of saying things in a way that is more empowering and less disempowering. For example saying to ourselves we can't afford something is not very empowering but making a choice to not invest in something right now is a much more empowering choice of words.
