One of my bigger regrets someoen was telling me about it I’m sure but 2005 it was like 1c and the guy was someone from a spiritual community. Even tho I was spiritual it just sounded too hippy commune the way he talked about it and it also seemed difficult to even understand how you bought it ... so alas that was my potential life path as a billionaire gone 🤣
