Yeah some seaweed if not washed thoroughly is absolutely vile. The Irish Sea moss even has to be sooooo well washed to get the salty taste off elSe it makes you dry heave haha the way this brand is prepared it’s a rly mild taste and you can get away with it completely in smoothies and I can even handle teaspoons of it.

Smoothies are a rly rly good way to hide a few gross super foods like Maca and spirulina too lol
