So we have hyssop mugwort violets mint elderberries and echinacea prepped from my foraging trip. Next step to wash and dehydrate with the exception of the elderberries which, I am going to make into a syrup. Am going to try and make a powder from the mugwort and get one of those mugwort lattes! They look amazing
