I don't rly resonate to it, I personally believe the idea is to try to find presence in each moment and live experiences. I have honestly just never felt any draw to hide from the world and do that. Sure

When you say zen do you mean just mindfulness or none duality. What exactly is zen sorry I always think of zen as just peace but don’t really know. I don’t do much esoteric tbh but if things come to me

yeah i feel same , when you tune in you can really feel some have different energies and some are really strong, i try to choose which I keep based on that.
