I believe that the vapes that caused the biggest problems were due to the carrier oils being toxic in the amounts that were ingested through the vape and not the CBD itself. Of course you can have an adverse reaction to any substance up take in through your lungs-they weren't really designed for smoke products. Then again, there will always be bad actors willing to sell crap to make a buck.
