Some days just require smoking a top tier cigar. Today it was the Gurkha Titan. What a great smoke! Gurkha is a renown producer of many different types of top quality cigars. Although they range from mild to strong, the Titan is on the far end regarding its deep flavor. It is a wonderful package, with a dark wrapper and pairs nicely with hard alcohol like whiskey, scotch, and bourbon.
Today I married it with a nice bourbon, that is a bit sweeter than I normally choose. The combination of the smokey and sweet flavors was rewarding. I have been impressed with the quality and flavor of several Gurkha cigars. I recently purchased a sampler pack and have yet to find one which did not deliver on its promise. From this point forward, I am a fan.
I will be purchasing more from this brand and exploring the numerous types they offer.
