My awesome experience in school is really the moment to cherish and behold, talking about it make me miss those lovely times we shared as friends and group with a specific goal, I am proudly a true African...I love everything about my tribe and culture I believe in unison in culture and tradition, exploring on it makes me happier the feeling is heavenly. Nigeria is a country with diverse in culture and traditions over 250 ethnic groups but we have three major ethnic groups which are the Igbos, Yorubas and hausa.
I'm Igbo by tribe in the eastern part of Nigeria, in every institutions in Nigeria we have diverse of ethnic groups who come together to form a group for the love and continuity of our culture and traditions, students joined the group depending on his or her ethnicity. We attend weekly meetings by making it fun and creating memories with refreshments, once in a year we come together to celebrate our ethic in ethnicity featuring with cultural dance, drama, cultural attires, cultural hair styles with make-ups, with adornment of cultural beads and necklace, alot to eat and drink, talk shows, we also give out our invitation cards to students from other institutions and also to invite high personals who will come to grace our occasions to make it more memorable. whenever our ethnic annual celebration is forth coming we are glued with joy and anticipation, alot of preparation have to be made to ensure its great success.

I am among the pioneers of the group we act dramas, teach and also participate in the cultural dance steps we invited and acknowledge new students who aren't aware about the group. Students there are so entertaining and fun to be with and the atmosphere is so alluring that we are much in numbers...I just love the positive vibes they bring, we love and reach out for each other. the group is so hilarious that every Friday we keep anticipating our meeting day! In school there is no fun group to be with than this group of ours with time we started attracting attention from diverse of cultures, is surprising that some persons who are not igbos love and wished to be among us...we are indeed special lolz.
I became a dancer through this amazing ethnic group, till today dancing has become a better part of me I'm more happier anytime I dance even at home I practice some steps alone.

I so miss this group I can't remember when last I was in such a group, some times I wish atmosphere can be recreated again... too bad is not possible. Our ethnic group made my schooling there a fun filled I admire and cherish every moment we spend with each other.
