As a creator, be it written, audio, video or pictorial it is very important for you to have a book for taking down your ideas, inspirations and content plans.
I had an idea of a content I wanted to create, something not my usual but then I didn't get to put them down, then I lost the idea and still date I can't recall exactly what the idea was all about.
Most times inspiration and brainstorming comes to us at different levels and places. Having a journal to take them down whenever it pop's up is really necessary to avoid it slipping away.
It can be in different styles,
For bloggers 
For ankara books 
For dairy 
All on instagram
This post was inspired as a result of an idea I lost and could not recall still date.
