The magic of a puppet nativity play (UA|ENG)
This is how they used to watch the performance of the puppet Nativity scene about the birth of Christ, in semi-darkness by candlelight. The magic of the action is incredibly enhanced by such an effect.
This is how this year they showed the vertepr drama to children in one of the shopping centers of Ukraine. True, the lighting was not specifically turned off for this. Due to the blackout, the shopping center had a problem with starting the generator for a long time
Fortunately, the lack of lighting, on the contrary, contributed to the children's better perception of the action in the small shining box. Complete silence and focus of all attention on a small fire, where the story of the birth of little Jesus was shown
But even greater symbolism of the situation appeared at the moment when one of the characters in the play announced the birth of the Son of God, and at that moment the generator was turned on and the shopping center was filled with light and life.
