The Spiral Path

Well we came a long way just to end up here .

The past no secret to us,

the future as invisible as the slow killing gas of a C-bomb .

“How nice to see that you have managed to keep vegetating!”

I always close to jumping to the other side,

placed my sanity on the shelf by the kitchen door.
