UPDATE the bill was 468.98 it is more than half of my monthly income so I really need help - She is doing ok for now it is some kind of allergic reaction she is on several meds now .
My dog Titine came inside after night breaks looking like this she is also having wired seizure type events - she is at the vet right now but I will need help with the vet bills because my own medical expenses broke my budget this month the vet bill is between 250-400$ as estimated by the vet. If they have to do a ct more. My neighbour has a lot of poison out and the poisoned rats often die in my yard I am very worried.
