Im really happy to hear that you escaped that dark place. Its amazing how you managed to change your perspective and the way you look at life. You must have put in a lot of hard work mentally to overcome this. Great job. I guess now its my time to change, I know it won't happen day by day, but as you said through the small ways - maybe, some day.
