There is an accompanying peace and fulfillment whenever we know we finished or did all that is necessary of us as regards task or assignments. This is because hours spent accomplishing these tasks are viewed as well spent and glorious.
However, what many fail to plan for is eventualities. By this, I meant what happens if such work or assignments get missing or stolen or corrupted?
This is a wake-up call for all that does much on their computer, that the place of backing up data and information is as important as the work itself.
This means you are obliged to back up your work immediately you finished it.
Backing up can be done on
- External hard drive
- USB stick
- Cloud service(recommended).
Doing this doesn't only save you the stress of having your information wiped off, it also put you at an advantage in the future.
