Providence is the way of the universe. There is never a time when one is left alone without help. If you look back in the past, you will find that your every need is met when most necessary. Since that is the case, why worry about what is to come, and whether your future needs will be taken care of? Realize that in order for you to be where you are now, everything in the past had to be in place. The sooner you fully comprehend to universal perfection of things, the sooner you’ll live in greater and effortless flow.
Providence works in nature all the time. When potted rose bushes are brought into a room, placed in front of a closed window and allowed to dry out, the aphides which are parasites, previously wingless, change to winged insects. These tiny insects found that the plants on which they had been thriving were dead and could secure nothing more to eat and drink from this source. The only method by which they could save themselves from starvation was to grow temporary wings and fly, that of which they did.
If the universal mind can provide for the meanest of its creatures, is it not logical to suppose that it will do even more for us? In calmly resting your safety lies, and in quiet trust shall be your strength. When we are at rest, we create no resistance and therefore we create no problems and no unnecessary needs. Providence can get to work on our core needs much faster and purely instead of having to take care of our unnecessary needs first. We would live the problem free life where things happen miraculously.
