Matthew 6:25 KJV
[25] Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
The statement "take no thought..." comes with certain feelings of assurance that provision is made even before we ask. But man's nature sometimes wrestles to trust in this assurance. Oftentimes we believe our strength is what buys us the provision that comes daily and makes room for the clothes we wear. But unfortunately, our hard work and worries play no significant role in the promises that God has made for those who believe in him.
Faith is what's required to walk in God's ways. Sometimes his ways are too complex for us to understand, but each step only brings us closer to knowing how he works. Imagine a woman who has no food in the house to eat being asked not to worry. By nature, we believe she's doomed because there's no means for bread to fall from heaven, but faith says "don't worry, always believe that help is always around." It takes a level of understanding to trust God even in difficult moments.

Beyond food, God recognizes life, and beyond clothes, God acknowledges the body. It means as long as we have life and a body to wear raiments, then God is enough to make provision. Sometimes all God wants from us is to have faith in him that he is a provider. He expects believers to walk in faith in him as they serve him. God's promises are true, and one of the promises is that he'll always make provision in time of need. God understands that we have needs, but in lack he teaches us two things: patience and faith in him. Beyond worries, Christians are expected to trust in God's Providence.
We can see the example of the widow in Zarephath, the Israelites in the wilderness, Elijah in exile, and the miracle of Jesus with the five loaves and two fish. He has provided countless times in the old testament, and he's still doing it today. Beyond worries for food and clothes, God teaches us to trust in his Providence.
