Its on the way down. Its dark underwater so its hard to see where the bottom is. Bitcoin will probably splash around, trying to return to the surface. But it will fail. It needs to hit the ground first, before it can gather enough momentum for a powerfull jump back up. And while its going down, why not scoop some of it up for a discount price!
