My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026

Just returned from the Pasadena Senior Games. Only one event--the 1 mile powerwalk. First competition in two years. Not the race time I was hoping for, but I got through it. Finished 4th out of 21. Still, I was reminded why I opted for senior meets because of the camaraderie.
