Jem es la mejor serie estilo musical de los 80s y fue una de las primeras competidoras fuertes de Barbie en el mercado.
Esta serie aunque era dirigida a un público de niños la caricatura tuvo una buena trama ligera, buenos personajes y trato muchos temas difíciles de la realidad que otras series para niños no se atrevían marcando una línea que la separaba de las demás series.
Jem is the best musical style series of the 80s and was one of the first strong competitors of Barbie in the market.
Although this series was aimed at a children's audience, the cartoon had a good light plot, good characters and dealt with many difficult issues of reality that other series for children did not dare to mark a line that separated it from the other series.
Jem y los hologramas capturo totalmente los 80s tanto en el diseño de personajes los cuales tienen una hermosa estética y moda del momento así como en su música, el equipo que trabajo en su producción se tomó la tarea de que cada episodio tuviera de 1 a 2 canciones nuevas y no se lo tomaron a la ligera ya que escuchar música de jem es como escuchar música de un verdadero artista, sin dudas es una serie que debes ver si amas los 80s y ese estilo de música tan icónico.
Quise hacer mi propia versión actual de jem junto a su versión original en cuanto al diseño ya que esta dibujado a mi estilo.
Primero hice el dibujo a mano para luego digitalizarlo.
Jem and the holograms totally captured the 80s both in the design of characters which have a beautiful aesthetic and fashion of the moment as well as in their music, the team that worked on their production took the task that each episode had from 1 to 2 new songs and they did not take it lightly since listening to jem's music is like listening to music by a true artist, without a doubt it is a series that you must see if you love the 80s and that iconic style of music.
I wanted to make my own current version of jem next to his original version in terms of design since it is drawn in my style.
I first made the drawing by hand and then digitized it.
Para su nuevo diseño mantuve cosas como el cabello muy grande y un maquillaje particular en los ojos, jem es una chica divertida, escandalosa, talentosa y a la moda! por lo que me base en cosas que se están usando mucho actualmente.
For her new design I kept things like very big hair and a particular makeup on her eyes, jem is a funny, outrageous, talented and fashionable girl! so I base myself on things that are currently being used a lot.
Para rendirle honor al nombre de la banda le añadí prendas que simulen tela plástica holográfica cosa que tal vez agregue a todos los miembros de la banda como su toque personal.
To honor the name of the band, I added garments that simulate holographic plastic fabric, which may add to all the members of the band as their personal touch.
Espero les haya gustado y que algunos reconozcan esta serie ya que vale mucho la pena, poco a poco iré haciendo a cada uno de los personajes y espero mostrárselos.
