SUGAR sugar Sugar it is everywhere !!

Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin’s glycemic index is even higher than table sugar, ranging
from 106 to 136 (while table sugar is 65).
Spikes blood sugar, Suppresses growth of probiotics, Can be made from GMO corn, can cause allergic reactions
and in my opinion NO nutritional value.

Agave Nectar
Sounds like a lot of FRUCTOSE and more than HFCS.
Sounds like heart disease, weight gain, and diabetes.
Fructose is not an essential nutrient for a human. we can live
without fructose, so ‘fructose deficiency’ does not exist.

Sweet N' low (Saccharin) about 200-300 times sweeter than sugar.
Bladder cancer might sum it up.

The FDA Tried to ban this, but didn't happen.

Splenda (Sucralose)
Research has shown sucralose can be linked to type 2 diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.

Equal / Nutrasweet (Aspartame) sounds like an "excitotoxin" to me leading to neurological diseases.
Increased risk of heart attacks, headaches and stroke.

There are so many different names of sugars.
To just name a few.

Cane crystals
Glucose syrup
Corn sweetener
Corn syrup
Crystalline fructose
Dextrose
Evaporated cane juice
Fruit juice concentrates
High-fructose corn syrup
Invert sugar
Lactose
Maltose
Malt syrup
Molasses
Sucrose

IMO WHY NOT BETTER Substitutes.

  1. Raw Honey
    My favorite https://www.qnhshop.com/Honey-Wild-Land-Quantum-2-lb-Raw-unheated.html

ALSO IMAGE SOURCE

  1. Coconut sugar - look for Organic / Unrefined and has a Lower glycemic index than cane sugar.

  2. Turbinado - is less processed version of sugar, that retains much of the
    flavor of sugarcane or molasses.

  3. Stevia. In my opinion it is a natural plant-based sugar substitute and way better than the artficial crap.

  4. Molasses? still up in the air. always read about the benefits.
Beet sugar can be derived from genetically modified plants.
Cane sugar be the better choice.

In my opinion
If you’re going to eat sugar, get it from fruit or naturally occurring sweeteners.
Less processed and raw.
Lower glycemic index.
AVOID Sweeteners made from Corn and artificial sweeteners.
LESS sugar is BEST.

Is, or can be derived from corn. WOW this list is exhausting
