I'm not sure if this has been posted about before, and I'm just curious if have you ever seen anything regarding downvoting content that is overrewarded vs upvoting content that is underrewarded? I'll give a scenario that I was thinking about that might paint a better picture.
So the rewards pool is X amount given out per day right, let's say its 100k Hive comes out each day in payments(I'm not sure what it really is), but that's the absolute max I guess(and maybe it doesn't work this way i'm not sure).
So if there was 100k max per day that goes out to people, if BAD GUY Spammer made a post with lets say 250 Hive earnings on it, if you downvoted that and took away 250 Hive that takes it down to 0. But what happens if you upvote another post from GOOD GUY Not Spammer to be +250 that was underrewarded? Would that post actually take something away from BAD GUY Spammer posts, maybe it doesn't take away the 250 like a downvote would but proportionally from the % earned in the pool each day if its a set amount that would maybe take his +250 rewards at payout down some? Maybe his post gets 245 instead of 250 because of that, or I could be totally wrong.
Was just curious if it worked that way or not, I tried looking around and can't find that info.
