HARD DAYS! (Earthquake, Stray animals, Cold weather...) 🇹🇷🤍🙏

It's incredibly cold and stormy here! We are all deeply saddened by the earthquake disaster in this part of the country. There is a huge mobilization here. All provinces are collecting aid for the earthquake zone and support is coming from many countries. But things are still very difficult and there are still areas where no aid has arrived. The weather conditions are incredibly difficult! Survivors are suffering from hunger, thirst and shelter. On the other hand, for the people who are still waiting to be rescued, the chances are getting less and less. As a country we are experiencing a disaster. Even though we people living in the city are trying to do our best, everything is locked and we have nothing to do.

While we feel sorry for the earthquake victims there, we are also trying to help the animals that are starving in these weather conditions. It is incredibly cold here and life has become incredibly difficult for animals living on the streets. There is no warm indoor place to shelter or take refuge, they sleep wet on the snow and their fur is frozen!

The hardest days of my life!

We are not allowed to build shelters for animals! I have called the municipality many times but no one has responded yet. These dogs are sleeping on the snow in the storm and every moment is more dangerous for them. We made them hot food to warm them up a bit at night, but leaving them here and going back home makes me so sad.

We are going through a very big test as a country. There is pain and sorrow everywhere. Of course the sun will rise again in this beautiful country... We need the prayers of beautiful people!
