I used a karaoke mic with this, I found it for 2 euro, again, at second hand store...and it seems to make all the difference...that a little discipline, taking time to relax, and using the 'auto record' feature of Audacity, which automatically activates the recording when I begin speaking, then turns it off, so I can comfortable pause to 'catch' my thoughts..and frame my expression...and take a sip of coffee
