Today i would like to give a simple and brief explanation on the advancements and the major theories developed by our fellow scientists to explain our being and the universe as whole!
String Theory :
Its main objective was to answer what the bloody hell are particles ? :|
This theory discusses energy in the form of 1D strings. They come in 2 forms : closed and open. An open string has ends that don’t touch each other, while a closed string is a loop with no open end. Now these strings could show certain interactions as given below :

This proved to be real important cuz the closed strings had properties that make some physicists believe that it might describe gravity.
Okay now this seems boring enough ... moving on to the fun stuff and the purpose of this theory .

How come we got so lucky that universe is suitable for us. One answer is God, but that just provokes the question how come we are so lucky that God wanted to create us. Physicists don’t like the answer “God” .

The string theory helps describe the theory of everything and the multiverse if it does exist.
Imagine that ! An infinite number of universes existing parallel to each other .
In some underlying theories there are infinite copies of each being having different outcomes in different situations.

Some also believe that each universe has different laws that govern them . So they can have different phenomenon like the universe collapsing or expanding to jesus.
Its quite interesting but this theory was an alternative to explain god and the existence of this multiverse/universe .
The idea of a physical multiverse came later to physics than it did to religion . The Hindu religion has ancient concepts that are similar. The term itself was, apparently, first applied by a psychologist, rather than a physicist.

So yeah religion and science are close enough but through theories like this we can bridge all the gaps and have a possible explanation to our and the existence of the universe/multiverse.
So the only issue here with this theory thats hindering its success is that it couldnt explain the concept of quantum gravity (curved space and time and relativity).
The theory failed to explain 3D space .
In response the savage asf scientises opened up an extra 7 dimensions that are hidden from us.
The core problem is that, there is no experimental evidence that hidden dimensions or alternate universe exist.

Have faith ... we may solve the gravest misteries of space time and religion sooner than we know. All we have to do is wonder and question everything around us . The scientists shall solve da rest :)
