If I were to tell you there was a PlayStation 4 game that has less than 100 known copies in the wild, would you believe me? That is exactly what is going on here with Poop Slinger. There are about 84 copies confirmed sold, out of a 1,000-minimum run of physical copies created.

Poop Slinger was created by a small developer going by the name “Diggidy.net” who attempted to create a ‘casual poop launcher game’. They succeeded in that aspect, though according to a review by Finger Guns, ‘will provide half an hour of cheap giggles and little else.’
The intent of the game is to fling poop onto unsuspecting characters in the game. Completing various objectives nets you additional bonus points as well. There are several game modes and according to Game Pitt, Poop Slinger is great for “…just short bursts.” That is if you can stomach the game in the first place.
According to VG247, Poop Slinger was released on the PlayStation 4 console and on Steam for computers in August 2018. Now this is where the facts run out as from here on out, it gets wild to say the least.
VG247 goes on to detail how the publisher, Limited Rare Games had a slight identity crisis in which they copied popular logos like Limited Run Games and Super Rare Games to name a couple. Then there was the website that was mostly Russian, sparse of information, and just odd to navigate.
Before you call B.S. (pun intended) on this, the developers have confirmed this is a legit physical release. That means, this is possibly the rarest PlayStation 4 game available. It remains to be seen if Poop Slinger will command prices similar to Stadium Events
or Pepsi Invaders
though as currently it is well below $1,000 a copy – maybe this is an opportunity for the affluent reader among you?
If you are interested in playing Poop Slinger on your PlayStation 4, but not shelling out the cost of a new 4K television, you can get it on the PlayStation Store and Steam for a much more reasonable price.
