RE: Doom Becomes the Upside Down, Er, Silent Hill in Mod
I played a bit of the first Silent Hill then much more of the PSP release and over the years, tons of hours went into Doom, moreso mods but still. I want to dust off my mod loading skills to play this

RE: Doom Becomes the Upside Down, Er, Silent Hill in Mod
It looks amazing, it looks like they captured the aura of Silent Hill but also kept the fundamentals of Doom.

RE: Winter Wonderland Time in Fortnite
That is unfortunate that you got hacked, I am glad you are giving the game another try. I played a bit of Fortnite back in 2019 but wasn't all that into it (not being able to crawl was a deal breaker for

RE: Slow and Steady to the Win in Fortnite
I love to push, for the most part, people don't expect it. I also like to switch it up and use stealth to my advantage. Just whatever I think the situation calls for. I have been known to fire randomly

RE: Star Fox 64 Recompiled Sees New Release Drop Just in Time for New Years
Thank you for the beer! Much appreciated. I have tons of games I have downloaded over the years burned onto CD's, DVD-R's and a plethora of USB drives. I used to have software on an old Windows XP machine

RE: Sega Genesis Getting Visual Game Creation Kit on Steam
Definitely! This is unheard of for Genesis game developers as far as I know. I could be wrong, if I am I would love to know what other development kits like this offer that option.

RE: Save Humanity in Mission Ark for Atari 2600
It has been out a little while and I missed it. There is just so much going on in retro gaming that it is hard to keep up. I tend to pick and choose what I cover here because I don't want to spam the platform,

RE: Big Boy Boxing - A Fun Demo With Some Stuff That Could Be Better [ENG/ESP]
This looks like it would be fun for about 15 minutes then I would get bored, probably from hitting a wall with an opponent or something like I did with Mike Tyson's Punch Out on NES. Looks cool though,

RE: Unreal Tournament Remade in Unreal Engine 5.7
I played Q3 a bit but it was just not the same. UT was full of variety in more than just the textures on the walls (I know Q3 was more than that but it felt like it). UT was all over the place, space,

RE: Street Fighter II Ported to Atari XE/XL 8-Bit Computer
Oh man, I remember seeing a couple screenshots of that and thinking, it looked amazing, then I saw it in action on YouTube, or might have been a RealPlayer video prior. Lol

I agree, completely about the first being the best. I loved it. I know what you mean about camping on that one map. That was part of the fun though, UT had maps that were great at certain things and gave

RE: Mega Man Dual Override Trailer Revealed
I would love to play that snake filled level from Mega Man 3 in this new style, or close to it, if possible. I remember seeing it in magazines, there was one spot with a giant snake at the top of a ladder

RE: Street Fighter II Ported to Atari XE/XL 8-Bit Computer
I agree. I tried playing fighting games back when I first discovered emulation in the late 90s/early 2000s and it was rough using a keyboard to do anything. Even one or two button games like Final Fight

RE: Super R-Type (Super Nintendo)
It has been many decades since I played it on the TG16 but I remember it being quite good. I ended up picking up other side scrolling shooters on the console such as Deep Blue (second half is awesome)

RE: Atari Jaguar 3D Engine Work in Progress Shown
Definitely looks better than what I expected when I first heard about it. Considering this is a fan working in their free time, it is a great stepping stone to potentially bigger things in the future.

I know a lot of people enjoyed Mega Man X on SNES so you are not alone there. I loved Symphony of the Night too, I was fortunate enough to get it when it first released but when I saw what it was selling

Man, that sucks about your channel getting taken down. Even worse when they do it and don't give a reason for the deleting.

RE: Super Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64 and Doom 64 for Sega Dreamcast Ready for Play with Some Work
I have never played Doom 64 but I put in a lot of hours on Mario Kart 64 and Starfox 64. I heard from others that Doom 64 was different, and at the time not being able to afford a PC to run it, I was mostly

Me too. I used to be good at scrolling shooters, when I was younger and my reflexes were much better. Nowadays, I find more enjoyment watching a let's play instead of the frustration I will surely endure
