This was one of those games that came out at the tail end of my interest in this type of game (I became quite addicted to this style game with Wing Commander III on 3DO). I didn't grab it, I passed on

Thank you so much for including me in this, it seems the retro gaming community is really small but man, we have some amazing creators in this space already. It is an honor to be featured in your round

That is freaking awesome! It really is a small world. I pivoted from gaming and podcasts around that time, may have been early 2015 - it was just too soon.

Are you the developer? I used to own a public relations company called Scenic 7 PR, based in Arkansas. I worked with several podcasts when the first game released. I remember at least one interview having

Unfortunately, this is not an official Jason/Friday the 13th project. It is weird how companies enforce copyright/trademarks and if they even own them. For instance, in arcades, the mask on Rick is very

It had to be late 1998 or early 1999 when I bought it. One of the few magazines with a demo disc that I splurged on (I missed out on the exclusive for Half-Life demo back in the day in a different issue).

It was awesome as while it was stripped down, it still had that feel of Age of Empires. I think the only maps that would not work were the really huge ones (probably a memory issue). I play some of these

This is too cool to find out the Amnesia franchise is still going. I remember interviewing the developer of the first Amnesia game, arranging interviews for clients I had at the time with my little fledgling

I was a huge fan of another Madness game, Motocross Madness and when I saw a magazine, I think it was PC Gamer, with the demo for Midtown Madness on the disc, I had to splurge and buy the mag (it was $8.50

The original was on my list to play but I never got around to it. I have an old copy here somewhere, I need to see how hard it is to get running on modern hardware (probably not too bad). I was a HUGE

It really does. Just shows how strong the C64 was in the right hands, and free of corporate deadlines pushing the programmers unnecessarily. That and a bit more RAM in this case.

I have never played the original Mega Man, outside the PSP remake that Capcom released. I started this franchise with the second game, then the third, and I checked out onto the Sega Genesis before the

It seems that the 16-Bit era was the highlight of licensed games, especially Warner Bros properties. They simply don't make games like this anymore and that is such a shame. I mean, the style, the feel,

Yeah, that is about $100 today. Games were anything but cheap back then. I was working a job paying about $6 or $7 an hour back then (around $13 today).

I loved this franchise on the PlayStation 2 and played the first one A LOT. I bought a used PS3 that came with 20 games and one was the first PS3 Ratchet and Clank game. Sadly, I never got a chance to

This is one I wanted to play but I didn't want to pay full price for. I could have sworn this was on SNES too but that must be a different game. I know back in the day most licensed games like this never

It always amazes me at what AI has been able to do and how fast it is progressing. I have followed AI development since the early days long before the infamous "Will Smith eating spaghetti" video

I know it is cliche but I am much more concerned with who is in Congress than I am who gets the presidency. At most, the President can only effect policy and such for eight years while those in Congress

Oh yeah, definitely agree, there would have had to be more than a few concessions made to get this working on the 16-Bit platforms of the time. I figure by the time Saturn and PlayStation were popular

I was born in 1976, I was enjoying Sega arcade ports throughout gaming and it was an amazing feeling to be able to play almost arcade perfect arcade games on the Saturn (I was BIG into arcades at that
