Blogging Challenge - Part 03 - Day 12
How are you making an impact in the world right now?
If you knew that a few years ago I was asked this question in a Leadership class at the university, one day the teacher (Awilda) asked us: What have you done so far to leave the world better than you found it? And the truth is that without exaggerating, I lasted about 3 days traumatized by the question, because I felt that I had done absolutely nothing to make the world better, in the 20 years I had then. It made me think a lot.
Then, I realized that no matter how much I am doing to improve, problems do not end overnight, you have to solve them little by little. So I am helping whoever I can little by little, if they need some explanation, advice to grow i can give them with all the love and kindness i have.
That same month we visited a village in the country, Los Cacaos and gave a leadership talk to the members, we prepared dynamics and designed stands for them to work easily, so they can keep the tourist spots clean.
I also encouraged them to do some volunteer work in rehabilitation, among other things.
And here in Hive, with the SMILE project, we are helping many people to start and move in Hive, this helps them to generate a new way of income that allows them to collaborate in the economy of their homes.
It may not be much, but I believe that the best way to help the world is to educate the population, and if I see a piece of garbage on the ground, I encourage myself to pick it up and that may give an example to others to do better, or maybe the person who left it behind is ashamed and thinks twice before doing it again, the best way to educate is by example.

Blogging Challenge - Part 03 - Day 12
¿Cómo estás haciendo un impacto en el mundo en este momento?
Si supieras que hacen unos años me hicieron esta pregunta en una clase de Liderazgo en la universidad, un día la profesora nos preguntó: ¿Qué has hecho hasta ahora para dejar el mundo mejor de lo que lo encontraste? Y la verdad es que sin exagerar, duré como 3 días traumada con la pregunta, porque yo sentía que no había hecho absolutamente nada para hacer que el mundo mejore, en los 20 años que tenía en ese entonces.
Luego, me dí cuenta que no importa mucho que tan grande sea lo que esté haciendo para mejorar, los problemas no se terminan de un día para el otro, hay que ir resolviéndolos poco a poco. Así que voy ayudando a quien pueda poco a poco, si necesitan alguna explicación, consejo para crecer.
Ese mismo mes hicimos una visita a un pueblo del país, Los Cacaos e hicimos una charla de liderazgo para los integrantes, preparamos dinámicas y les diseñamos unos stand para zafacones, fáciles de trabajar, para que mantengan los puntos turísticos limpios.
Te igual forma me he animado a hacer algunos voluntariados en rehabilitación, entre otras cositas.
Y aquí en Hive, con el proyecto SMILE, estamos ayudando a muchos a iniciar y a moverse en Hive, esto les ayuda a generar una nueva vía de ingresos que les permite colaborar en la economía de sus casas.
Puede que sea poco, pero creo que la mejor forma de ayudar al mundo es educando a la población, y si yo veo una basura en el suelo, me animo a recogerla y eso tal vez le de ejemplo a otros a hacerlo mejor, o tal vez le dé vergüenza al que la dejó tirada y lo piense dos veces antes de volverlo a hacer, la mejor forma de educar es con el ejemplo.
