I am a person who likes to discover extraordinary things that can sometimes influence our lives in a pleasant way, and I must admit that there are few places or dishes that manage to impress me in the form of wanting to see or taste it a thousand times.
For today's topic I haven't chosen a specific place, I have many places that I would rate with notes above ten, I even have a few places that I have visited several times and even now if I would schedule a visit there I would go with the same interest.
Today I chose to stop in the culinary area and yes, here too I have a few dishes that, if I had to rate them, would definitely be out of the top ten.
I'm fascinated by Hungarian cuisine and the strong flavors that attract you to taste them, so the first dish that would definitely get a rate higher than ten from me is the "Goulash".
Goulash as I wrote above is a traditional Hungarian dish that seems to have arrived here in Romania, where it is prepared according to Hungarian recipes or in some cases it has been reinvented, I will not stay to present the recipe because its preparation takes several hours, yes you read well, the preparation of goulash can take 4-5 hours.
In the following I will share with you some pictures of goulash that I ate in different restaurants, and yes, when it comes to goulash I like to savor it like a snail, that is very slowly, I like to feel the flavors of good quality spices.
Now if I have told you about the main dish that would surely get from me a rate over ten, now let me introduce you to a sweet dish that would also get from me a rate over ten.
Papanașii, these cream and blueberry jam filled doughnuts are simply delicious, the papanașii manage to perfectly combine the sweet-sour taste of the cream with the sweet taste of the blueberry jam and all together they are a rainbow on the palate.
