Tonight I was feeling adventurous while preparing dinner. I decided to attempt to make something new. It was going to be some vegetable fritters ... But at the last minute I went crazy and poured the whole mix into the pan and made a tortilla instead. 馃槅
Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Garlic
- Eggs
- Flour
Seasoned with Salt, Saffron, Cinnamon, Rosemary and Oregano
To accompany the dish, I made a simple sauce with Mayonnaise, Yogurt and Rosemary. 馃構
I have to say that it came out great. It took me about 20 or 30 minutes in total and I'm definitely doing this dish more times.
It's not difficult to cook, it's a light meal and tastes realty great. 馃
