Most of us now adays consider herbal plants as treatment for some diseases. And my blog for today is all about guava leaves and some of it's uses.

Guava leaves has it's own antibacterial, anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory agents that could help aid some diseases.

Listed below are some uses of guava leaves

馃憠 鈥reatment for Diarrhea, stomach ache, nausea and vomiting. It also helps aid food poisoning and digestion problems.

I remember my Mom using this method when we were young. And so she passed it on to me. I usually use this when my kids have skin infection. I boil some leaves and let it cool and apply at infected area. I do it trice a day until wound is totally healed.

As it contains anti-oxidant that destroys free radicals damaging our skins.

By boiling some leaves and applying on scalp once it's cool.

Since guava leaves has antiseptic that helps prevent bacterial growth.

As it breaks down sugar intake before it is absorb by our body.
