Phew! Another long day of work, but only 10 hours this time. Yesterday was the big day. We worked 14 hours yesterday. It’s good for the soul. Idle hands do Devil’s work after all.
But it does take its toll. Of course, consider the following:
Genesis 2:1-2
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
So The Jesus gets tired too. People like to think he’s all powerful, omnipotent, omnipresent, etc.. This is ridiculous. First, we’ll skip the logical contradictions that come about from being all powerful, and move to the second point, all powerful beings don’t get tired and need a day of rest.
The Jesus gets tired and needs rest. There’s noting wrong with that.
