The amazing thing about shopping as an activity is that it increases my step count tremendously without putting in any more extra activity.
Today's count hovers just below twenty thousand count and this, I need to thank my wife for the shopping list.
Pictured above is one of the shopping bags that was given free by the supermarket. Somehow this movement to reduce the use of plastic bags seems to be successful. Now when I take a trip to the store, I can see alot of people bringing their own bags just to avoid purchasing a new bag for their groceries.
