There are days when I feel like just going back to bed and staying there forever, because whatever I set my mind to, it seems I can't do it. And sometimes it feels like it's not a day, a week, or a year, it's whole a lifetime of impossible.
Cook something and make a post about it? Can't because the kitchen is a mess, and while my loved one did buy a new bottle of detergent, he forgot to take it out of his backpack before leaving for work. Ok, I rinsed everything so it's 99% clean, but I want to wash it up properly.
Cut up that old, worn out, leather jacket which I've been keeping just for this project and make a pouch to keep small things in? Can't find it. Not in the closet, not in the box of textiles, not anywhere. And I know I hung it up in the closet when we moved here almost two years ago, because the hubby asked why I was keeping it. I did find another leather jacket, but I have no idea whose it is, so I can't very well destroy it before I figure that out.
Catch up with notifications on Hive? Notifications flicker between 0 and 95 every time I reload a page, and says "comment can't be posted." I should be doing something useful instead of spending 10x as much time as usual on every notification.
I could go on, but this is enough of whining for one day. Because I do know that if I look around, I'll find some small task I can finish, and then another, and another, and checking anything at all off the list is a step forward!
