Horse-drawn carriages were once the main transportation in the 19th and early 20th centuries before the automobiles took place. Every year due to the problems of the big city, the carriages pass through difficulties to keep the business. For this reason, today, carriage horses often live a miserable lives in the cities. As commented before this is more likely to happen in the cities as there are more different ways of transportation. Are we going to still see carriages in a decade?
