It's while I joined the ladies of hive contest, I haven't really had the time to write on past contests, so I saw this week's contest and I definitely knew I had something to write about it.
So we have two topics from the contest but I will be going with the second, cause its somethings I can interact with,
"We are already in September and soon it will be the last quarter of the year. Do you have a specific goal you want to achieve by the end of the year? Tell us about it and what you are doing or will do to achieve it."
A NEW LAPTOP
Earlier this month, my laptop got damaged mistakenly, so after I took it for repairs, [I had to empty my savings to have it repaired], the engineer said I ought to handle it with care cause its an old model LENOVO THINKPAD, at that moment I knew I needed to save alot to be able to get a new one. So one of my goals that needs to be achieved is getting a new laptop.
SCHOOL FEES
Another goal I really really need to achieve this year is having a lot of savings for my school fee. i decided to go back to school this year, I actually was supposed to apply this year, but I missed the date the form came out, and also I wasn't ready financially, so to make up for not going this year, I have to start saving critically, which I already started, I know it isn't going to be easy, but I am determined to do so.
My main reason for going back to school is to add more value to myself, and my family, cause in my country without your school certificate people look down on you. Your opinion is not always appreciated because they will think you have nothing to contribute.
So I decided to go back and improve myself academically, its actually not because of others , but mostly for myself, cause I believe it will give me more experience and knowledge.
