Do you have EGO breakdowns more often?

Hi, ppl!

Our world is dissolving itself. We need to find quicker the right solutions of reality. Illusionary time is feeling like speeding up. If we deny it we experience a blackhole feeling inside. Sometimes is better to manage that up by our selves.
Did it felt better after the last time when there was a reality change for you?
