NIMIQ - is this for real??? Massive gains.

I’m speechless. I was just casually checking the crypto market caps and noticed NIMIQ being the THIRD LARGEST crypto currency?? It has gone up 132,000 %. Surely this is not legit? Is it? What am I missing here (I’m a newbie).
