It is true that eating pork is abomination among the Israelites but we have to consider the time element. When the time of the Lord Jesus came, he pronounced something that will cleanse every living thing and it was learned by the apostle. 1 Timothy 4:4;
"For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving"
1 Timothy 4:5;
"For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer."
The Israelites dwelt with the Egyptians for four hundred and thirty years(430 years) so it is clear that the Israelites have eaten all those food that were eaten by the Egyptians(including pork) but when they were liberated from the hands of pharaoh upon reaching the holy land, there were prohibitions pronounced by God concerning what things they could eat and those they could not, and one of them is not eating pork or the flesh of swine.
But according to the analysis of apostle Paul, the imposition of such carnal ordinances is only imposed on them until the time of reformation and what is the time of reformation? It is the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
When our Lord Jesus Christ came, He cleansed those which are regarded as abomination in the time of the Israelite.

"Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days"Acts 13:39
"And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses"
Justification will not come from the law of Moses, it is from the Lord Jesus Christ that justification will come from, that’s why we now regard the law of Moses as obsolete.
Hebrews 7:12;
"For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law".
The priesthood was changed that is made of a necessity, the law also was changed according to apostle Paul.
