I heard that this drink helps PREVENT SOME VIRUSES 👀

In my country, people gossip about this drink. So does the press. This drink helps to increase resistance, good health and potentially prevent COVID-19 disease. Also to reduce weight loss.

😀 I drink it whenever I have sore throat and it helps ease the pain a lot . The ingredients are easy to find so you can make it too

So today I would like to share a recipe for this drink. I hope you will try to cook for you and your family can drink, they're easy to drink and tasty.😃

Let's go like this;

• 5 lemongrass plants
• 1 ginger
• 100-200gr sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 fresh lemon

Here we go:

Step 1
Lemongrass is washed, smashed, and cut into chunks. Ginger is shaved, peeled off, or washed and left whole, ginger peel is also very useful

Step 2
Prepare a pot, put 2 liters of boiled water on the stove, and 100-200 grams of sugar.

Step 3
Next, make the boil five minutes longer. Cook more ginger for one more minute, then finally add salt, stir it evenly and turn off the stove.

Step 4
After turning off the stove, put the lid back on so that the taste of the drink will be more delicious. The next step is to filter the body to get water and put it in a storage tank for the day.

Step 5
Pour a lemon cup and add sugar ( depending on taste, you may add sugar as you wish) to drink as soon as you are warm. If you like it cold, add ice.

Don't rush away with the leatherbacks, it can be used for sauna. This dish increases their resistance to seasonal illness
