just finished a 20.24km ride, that lasted for 75 minutes.
This ride helped traininglog burn 269.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Not long ago I watched the film F1, directed by Joseph Kosinski. For me it wasn’t anything extraordinary, although it did keep me entertained throughout its duration. I watched it because I was drawn to seeing Javier Bardem in the cast. But in truth I’m not here to talk about films, but about a cycling trip—something I did for the first time and don’t think I’ll make a habit of… yet it felt really good. From time to time pushing beyond our limits feels good, and that’s precisely what I experienced during the ride. What am I talking about? Well, I went out cycling alone a few minutes before nightfall and I didn’t mind. I never usually do this, thinking of the dangers, of the difficulty of cycling in a city often plunged into darkness by power cuts and etcetera… but I equipped myself properly with my lights and rode off to Vedado. There I saw the beautiful super full moon in Gemini. Wow, it looked enormous!
I must say that I also equipped myself with my amulet, which I’ve been carrying for some time whenever I cycle, and on this outing I added another amulet: from the deck of Spanish cards I selected one and slipped it into my pocket without looking at which it was. Just like Sonny (Brad Pitt) did in the film F1. I liked that. That’s why I spoke about the film at the beginning—to arrive at this.
December and cinema have already become a tradition in Havana, as from the very first days the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema begins. This is its 46th edition. In front of the Cinematheque of Vedado was the mobile cinema truck of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry, screening the film “Los pájaros tirándole a la escopeta”.
Synopsis
Two young lovers oppose the relationship that develops between the bride’s father and the groom’s mother. Prejudices divide the families into two opposing sides and highlight the inequality between men and women in both the social and family spheres.

I felt like watching it again. Perhaps in the next few days I’ll find a chance to do so.
Which card did I have in my pocket when I got home?
The six of swords!
🤔 Mmm, interesting… 😉
