Monika has been participating in Power Up Day for some time now, but that's not the reason I picked her. It's because I was going through some (very, very, VERY) old open tabs on my browser a couple weeks back, and I found a comment from her back in February, offering 1 HBI each to a couple of the numbers on the qualified participants list. I obviously never replied to her (so sorry about that!), but I thought offering her this delegation would be a nice mea culpa while also showing my appreciation at her kind offer.
