He shook his head, expressionless. He seemed to be lost in his thoughts, confused, and uncertain. He stared right ahead at nothing in particular, his body tense and still. A few moments passed before he sighed and turned away, avoiding the question at hand. He seemed to have made a decision, but he wasn't yet ready to share it.
