if i had hours of free time, i would pull up media reports of instances where Trump used insulting words, unprovable or false information concerning events, or clips where I would deem his words racist or crude or mean. You, no doubt, would defend him. I believe words are as harmful, in the right scenario, as weapons. Otherwise we would not have laws about defamation, slander and libel. Sure, it isnt the same level as physical violence or torture, but it can be socially, emotionally or spiritually hurtful. Example: bullying in schools. Or business. Or politics. The harm is not as clearcut, it is cunning and defendable as "a misunderstanding". Nothing provable, but the harm is done. This is the trick the media - on both sides - plays with trump, because no one can touch him legally. Even Mueller knew that. Presidents are given carte blanche, to the point we had Bill Clinton by the balls and it went nowhere. Just because a behavior is "not as bad" as others, does not mean it is excusable.
