I like what you did with the italics there so I copied your style, it's far easier to look at!

"true, but dissing or making fun of someone because of their misfortune, gender, or race, especially when you a public person on national television, in rebuttal to their opinion about national policy, is just childish and dickish. i am here, talking to you about my opinion as an adult. im not dissing your intelligence because you dont agree, let alone attacking your gender. this is adult behavior."

Did Trump do this at some point? I guess I'm missing the context. The grab her by the kitty moment wasn't exactly a fair play. He was basically wire tapped, it's not something he would have said if he thought it was going to be on national television.

"true, but as a national spokesperson he is in a position of representing the nation. That position comes before any personal prejudice. Do we need to write it into the Constitution, dont be a dick to people?"

Trump can definitely be a bit brash but adding a 28th amendment to nullifies the 1st seems counter-intuitive, to me anyhow.

"and money and position have nothing to do with this? He settled out of court a whole lot for someone who isnt guilty."

Sometimes settlement is the best route, and in this case we'd be talking about lawsuits not crimes per se. I don't think you can seek a settlement to avoid criminal charges.

"You're right by your definition I cant "prove" sexism racism etc. I can just believe that his conduct in crude, unethical and a whole host of other things. Does that make it ok for him to be this way? Any other person would be shouted out of town by peers. That he uses his power and position towards his own ends is, imho, despicable. And to me it doesnt make sense, that in one line you are saying that its not ok for US to be antagonistic assholes in other countries, yet in his own country - oh well its a free country. Double standard."

Well perhaps it is a double standard? To me there is a big difference between someone who uses their words vs. someone who uses violence. Violent and aggressive actions that are not done in self-defense are a clear encroachment upon the liberty of others. This as opposed to the use of words are night and day to me. If someone says something I don't like I can choose to leave them be, walk away, or say some nasty stuff right back to them. I don't know if this is of interest to you but you might like it, it's an animated cartoon that outlines the philosophy of liberty. It's one of my all time favorite internet cartoons so I thought I'd share it with ya.
