I checked the weather forecast and found that now only warmer weather awaits us. As always at this time of the year, I begin a large migration of birds to summer aviaries. But first, a big spring cleaning. I started with storks. No matter how beautiful and romantic these birds look, one must understand that they are carnivorous... This means that their stay in the aviary is accompanied by all the charms of life in the form of a litter with a very pungent smell....馃榿
But here I went to the trick. I used to use straw or cat litter. But the first option is not too hygienically correct, and the second is too expensive. And so I thought, why not use fuel pellets as bird litter? In fact, this is the same cat litter, only much cheaper because you don鈥檛 have to pay for beautiful packaging and a trademark! And it really worked!

And more important news Biscuit Seal has become an adult lady. However, by the time I realized this, I almost lost my mind! More precisely, I thought that my dogs had gone crazy. All weekend they behaved just awful! They made noise, did not obey and did not give me a moment's rest. I couldn't understand what was going on... Then it dawned on me! Fortunately, all my dogs are spayed, so there will be no consequences.
Usually I do not talk about politics, but now everything around is saturated with it. Today I got into an awkward situation.
I corresponded in the comments on Facebook with a young lady from Russia. I have known her for a long time. She is a good young lady, quite smart. Well, as usual, I give her my opinion about what is happening around my country, and she gives me hers. But she acted very strangely. And I thought that a person with a decent education could not write such a thing. At first I tried to prove something, but then... Then I remembered a situation from my youth.
I worked as protocol officers in the Ministry of Justice. A delegation from the former USSR country came to our ministry (I will not name the country). I, as a young protocol officer, attended, among other things, to the accommodation of their driver. I offered him this, and that, and I praise the hotel, but he refused and said he would spend the night in the car. I tried to dissuade him until the head of the international department hissed in my ear: 鈥淟eave him alone, they don鈥檛 have enough money".
So today I was texting this young lady and trying to prove something to her.
But then I suddenly thought, why am I doing this? What do I really want her to say? I'm here, and she's there... From the recent verdict against a Russian teenager, we know how Internet revelations can end. Then I just apologized and ended the discussion.
But I still have an unpleasant aftertaste after all this. People are ready to believe in any lie... Or they are afraid to tell the truth... Both are equally bad. We think we live in a civilized world. But is it possible to call a civilized world where a person can be prosecuted for his opinion. In 1937, Russia was already going this way. Is everything repeating itself?
