Hi, my dear friends!
Today I'm traditionally looking at the past week to see if I'm implementing my plans and if they need to be adjusted. This simple activity is not meaningless to me, as it helps me structure my life. In addition, I believe that it has a psychotherapeutic effect, especially when a lot of time is occupied by routine activities and then it is difficult to understand where the time has gone.
Of course, the most important event is the replenishment of pets in our family. This time two charming guinea pigs came to us. It's been a week, they're a little used to their new home and feel good. Every morning I make them breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables. I love guinea pigs very much, they are cute and kind creatures.
This week I finally visited an ophthalmologist! It was really an important event, because my eyesight deteriorated a lot and I was even ready to hear such an unpleasant diagnosis as cataracts. I looked sadly at the prices I would have to pay for the operation. But finally I decided to visit a doctor to clarify the situation. And you know what! My diagnosis is age-related changes. The oculist prescribed me vitamins and advised me to drink about a hundred grams of red wine a day. And that's all for now! I was just happy. To encourage myself for finally solving this issue, I went with my friend to a cafe where there was very tasty coffee and cakes.
Also this week I started active preparations for the new garden season. I audited the seeds I have and sowed the flowers from which I want to get early flowering. I also made an important purchase - a special lamp for plants. I've been planning this for a long time, but my finances didn't allow me to do it. But how much can I save for later? Today I received my purchase at the post office and was very pleased - I spent the money not in vain! I hope my plants will appreciate this care for them.
And of course, this week was a time of active walks. Several times my dogs and I went to the forest. Now we have real winter weather, sometimes it's quite cold, but I try to overcome my reluctance to leave a warm house. I and the dogs need it. Maybe I even need it more than they do. In addition, I understand perfectly well that it is easier to walk now even if it is a little cold than it will be in the summer heat. Of course, you can't do the right number of walks about the reserve, but this does not mean that you can completely abandon them. This is one of those situations when I just act according to circumstances.
