Hi, my dear friends!
So the first week of August is over. Time moves inexorably towards autumn. If you asked me to describe my impressions of this week in one word, I would say Heat! The heat is just terrible. We are all really very tired of it. Plus, we're all chilled out! Because the fan in my room runs all the time. Well, that is, I have a choice: turn off the fan and suffer from the heat even more, or turn it on and suffer from a cold. Just a great choice!
Joy especially caught a cold (pictured above). The poor dog sneezed 10 times in a row! I bought her immunomodulators. Now she is much better.
Yesterday, because of the heat, we even missed classes at the dog school. I will not say that Michelle was very worried about this. Well, it's really not a problem, we'll take more lessons when it gets cooler.
What else saves my house from the extreme heat is my grape arch. I don't eat this grape variety and I don't know how to make wine, but I left it precisely because of the considerations that the old large vine would give enough shade so that at least a couple of rooms in my house would not turn into an oven in the summer.
Gradually ripen apples in my garden. They are exactly what I like: juicy with a sweet and sour taste. A lot of apples fall, but this is not a problem, my chickens and ducks are always ready to help me solve this problem.
Speaking of birds. My cock Kudah-tah-tah suddenly became aggressive. He keeps trying to peck me! I have no idea what I did to deserve such disfavor from him!
But the little jay is always ready to communicate with me. It already flies freely around the yard, but if it sees me, it is glad to talk.
More signs of autumn. The rowan berries are already blushing, and of the actively blooming flowers in my garden, only phloxes remain.
