Hi, my dear friends!
So March came to an end, and with it - the 401st day of the war. A year ago at this time we were still in occupation. When the war started, I said to my cousin who lives in russia: “I'd rather spend the rest of my life in a military shelter, but we will never let russia capture us, you will have to kill us all.” They were going to conquer us in three days and now more than a year has passed.
This March has been tough for me. Very heavy. I lost two of my pets at once: my dog Star and my little bunny Romeo. In addition, my friend, who helped us equip our animals, went into the army. Now his girlfriend and I do our best to support him and each other. The war again crept very close to my family and friends.
To be honest, I'm going through a depressive period right now. Partly this is a seasonal exacerbation of my clinical depression, partly fatigue. I hope that April with its light, warmth and flowering trees will bring me relief.
The rest of my animals are fortunately healthy and don't give me any problems, except for the days when something gets on them and they make noise and don't obey. Perhaps they can be understood, because what is happening affects them too. Moreover, recently russia has increased the shelling of our cities. A couple of days ago, a russian drone flew by completely near my house. Fortunately, our air defense is working perfectly.
On the good news, I managed to find a supplier who sells me dog food at a good discount. In general, despite all the difficulties, I manage to keep our little shelter afloat.
